Terms of Use

  • Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CricFun regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and CricFun relating to your use of the Service.
  • Waiver and Severability The failure of CricFun to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
  • Controlling Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of these Terms will be the courts located in India, and you waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
  • Export Control You agree to comply with all Indian and foreign export laws and regulations to ensure that neither the Service nor any technical data related thereto nor any direct product thereof is exported or re-exported directly or indirectly in violation of, or used for any purposes prohibited by, such laws and regulations. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a Indian government embargo, or that has been designated by the Indian government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any Indian government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Survival All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
  • Statute of Limitations You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
  • Relationship No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.
